Marini has been very busy lately, pulling double-duty in filming the second season of “Switched at Birth” while squeezing in hours of dance rehearsal around his acting responsibilities.

An ever-charming and gracious Marini took some time out of his hectic schedule yesterday, Nov. 4 for the following Examiner exclusive interview.

E: You recently told Access Hollywood the Argentine Tango is close to your heart. Why is this one special for you?

GM: The Argentine Tango is very special to me because it’s full of sensuality. The chemistry between the man and woman is absolutely stunning. I love to dance and perform the Argentine Tango- it breathes love! I just want to make sure that the people understand that I will not perform a full Argentine Tango Monday night, it will be fused with Samba. I truly hope I would be able to perform a full Argentine tango before the end of the season on “Dancing with the Stars.”

E: Are you excited for the fusion dance? What can you tell us about it?

GM: I think the audience is going to love seeing the fusion dance. [It has] lots of character. Lots of technique and work has been put into it. It’s going to be one of those nights that people always will remember.

E: What has been the most rewarding part of being on DWTS All Stars?

GM: Giving is one of my favorite things to do. This year it was tickets to huge fans, and the reaction of one of them was absolutely priceless. You know sometimes someone feels like nothing goes their way and then something really good happens. For me, hearing that I made someone happy makes me feel so alive!

E: Do you have a message for your fans?

GM: Yes! I have to tell everyone out there that has been voting for us « THANK YOU!” I cannot tell you how much I respect and love you. I do know how much time and effort you put into this. It’s such an amazing adventure and you make it happen for us. You guys rock! I hope I make you proud …
